Husband's key fob only unlocks trunk. Will not lock car. Lock that would not lock on drivers side will still not lock car. Very insecure feeling when you can't lock car.

Jesse did a great job keeping me informed. I did find that ther technician that worked on my vehicle left the work unfinished. I had to reinstall the plastic trim behind the rear view mirror.

I on my 5th car from the Hasselwood group and I will say I miss the days when I would pick up my vehicle washed and serviced rather then the paper coupons that I never use. The people were friendly but appeared a bit overwhelmed/busy but I guess that’s good news as you must be doing a lot of business.. overall everything was fine

I waited 10minutes before I was assisted once I arrived. The service man was very polite and pleasant. I am pleased with the service I received from him. What I am unsatisfied with is initially while schedualing my appointment, I was told it would take 45 minutes for the service to be completed. Upon arrival, I was informed it would take about an hr and thirty minutes. Had I known this was the case, I would have planned accordingly. After waiting about an hr, I was informed that I would have to return due to the fact that the key they ordered would not synch up with my truck.

I brought my car in with 3 issues to get looked at, the car was given back to me with 1/3 of the issues fixed, stating I'll have to bring my car back again for the other issues. Having to bring back my car multiple times is an inconvenience to me and the mechanics. I'll be looking for another shop to fix the other 2 issues.

SAME PROBLEMAS BEFORE AND I'm waiting to have the question answered as to whether it is safe to drive or does it need to be towed into the dealership. I'd like an answer ASAP!
