The oil life monitor was not reset, the tires were not inflated to the correct PSI (53 front and 64 rear). Ultimately I was home in Poulsbo before I realized the errors. I’m disappointed that the dealership makes mistakes like these.

We are happy with the quality of service performed. Our main point of dissatisfaction is the lack of communication when promised and when the service was known to take longer we had to ask for a rental vehicle where we feel if we hadn't asked one would never have been offered.

Are car was supposed to have a full detail done on the car and it was half **** was not satisfied with it very unhappy the car was not even washed very good their spots missing all over it still the windows were all smudged up the dash was also smudged up with stuff still on it I called to talk to Randy left him a message and still have not heard two days later

When there is a recall, in this case 2, it would have been nice to have a complimentary rental car. The service was supposed to take 3-4 hours. The service by Courtney, Angie, and Hector at the rental place was great.
