Jesse was great to work with. The lady who checked in on Haselwood customers periodically to see if we were all doing good and needed anything was also nice and appreciated. A good experience overall as a customer.

I think Aaron is doing the best he can, but my car is in the shop for the third time in less than a month. I am afraid to ever drive it again. I have a very long drive on I5 and if it breaks down on the 5 i am afraid i will get hurt. It's not Aaron's fault, but i never want to drive that car again. I am having an anxiety attack just thinkimg about it.

Asked them to check my breaks when they were doing my oil change and wiper blades today. Didn't happen....not surprised. Will never do business with Haselwood again (for many more reasons than just today's appointment).
