I am amazed at the time Jason took with me making sure I was fully informed on what to expect. He listened to my needs and texted me throughout the service giving me updates . Thank you , I am impressed and will tell others of my experience at Haselwood.

Every time I come to the service center I arrive early to my appointments. Every time I get there I know I'll be standing there for at least 15 minutes before being seen. I always come in for a oil change and tire rotation. But that seems to take two hour each time I'm there. I find both these situations unacceptable! I've taken my truck to Firestone complete auto many times and not only is there prices cheaper but they only take 40 min to do an oil change and tire rotation/balance.they also see me right away never having me wait more than 5 minutes. Also my truck is brought in right away ON TIME of my appointment not 15-20 min later when I bring it to your service center. But I will say your staff is amazing and friendly each time I'm there. I hope this constructive criticism will be taken seriously and move forward. Thank you

I'm satisfied with Randy but I'm not satisfied with being charged more than what GM parts says installation should cost.

Jesse bailed me out of a tough spot today. He went out of his way to get the job done, kept me informed along the way, and completed the service in a professional manner. Anytime I’m in the area, I’ll bring my truck to Haselwood. High fives all around.
