Jason did well and my truck is all current. No complaints. Still think a 30k service is a bit over priced at nearly $350, however I understand that this is not anything the dealers can control.

I was made to buy a new pair of wiper blades because I had not saved the recipes from when the GMC dealership at Cardinale GMC, Monterey, put on a new pair in May. They had told me that the replacement is documented in the GMC system, so I didn’t have to save the recipes. When I went to Haselwood, they said the respective systems don’t “talk” to each other. I would like to have seen the GMC reach out to the other GMC to communicate the wiper replacement, so that I would not have to purchase an addition set. Being a regular Haselwood customer, That would have been next-level customer service. Thank you for the opportunity to let you know of my experience.

Jason Higgins did not provide us with the level of customer service we expect from Haselwood. We’ve bought two cars from you folks inside of about three months which is a lot of money to us, and everything we’ve tried to have taken care of with you has been a headache. When we bought our 2017 Impala last month, we were promised that we could bring it back for a full tank of gas and a complete detail. Yesterday, July 19th, we brought it in for the second time, the car was not even touched on the inside, and the outside was a joke of a car wash and the full tank of gas still has not happened. Pretty disappointing.

AAron is an excellent person to deal with. He kept me updated and gave me a very detailed explanation of everything that was done to my car and confirmed that at this time is in really good shape going forward. I appreciate his attention to details so I'm aware of what's to come on my next visit which helps me keep my car in top shape.
