I was overcharged (twice as it turns out). and my upscreen display was somehow disabled during my visit. My Hyundai dealer’s service dept never has these kinds of problems. So guess why our new car is another Hyundai and not a gmc. Now I have a fifty mile round trip to find out why tomorrow v

I was told the truck was ready to be picked up. Arrived Saturday afternoon and there was an issue with the transmission. Issue will be invistigated today. Hopefully it doesn’t cost another 1500 dollars. Randy was good and kept me informed throughout the time the truck has been there.

The problem I was experiencing with my vehicle was diagnosed incorrectly. I spent $800 when I was quoted $500 on a different problem which I was assured that would resolve the issue I originally came in for. I’m disappointed and definitely not satisfied with the service I received. Additionally, my vehicle was not completed on time as promised by the service tech. The lack of communication from the service tech regarding my vehicle’s status while being serviced was poorly executed. I had to initiate any dialogue pertaining to my vehicle. Due to the lack of professionalism and the inability of your service department to diagnose my vehicle’s problem correctly, I am doubtful that I will have my vehicle serviced at your establishment again.

We did not speak to Courtney at all during this visit. We were told on our previous visit that my car needed flush and coolant along with power steering fluid change. When we picked our car up they had done the radiator flush and brakes instead of power steering!! They should have informed of change of service! Now need to make another appt for the power steering.
