I attempted to contact Randy three times without success and he never responded to my request regarding an additional service needed. I ended up having to take my vehicle to Walmart the same day to have the repair because of the poor customer service.

Only thing I did not like was that I had the car washed maybe 2 hours prior...and when I got the car back it the outside windshield was dirty. Like they had used a squeegee to clean it and it was dirty and dried that way. Other then that I'll be back and ask for them not to "clean" the windshield.

Jason Higgins was extremely helpful in my recent vehicle repair needs. After my second trip in to identify why my check engine light kept coming on, Jason arranged to have it diagnosed further. Unfortunately I was without my “ new to me” truck for a few days but he set me up with a rental and he and his team were able to properly identify the issues and correct them. This is my first purchase at Haselwood and at this point, I feel they are definetly standing behind there product and service!
