I was happy on the help that Darryl Boco in servicing my Silverado I did not even have to ask him about my points to used for my change oil and he check it out for me thank you Darryl keep up the good work. I brought in our truck for its 1st oil change & was pleasantly suprised to find out that it was covered by GM. When I scheduled the appointment, I was told the service would be about 90 minutes. Mark said it should be closer to 75. I was pleased. I sat in the waiting room doing some knitting. I watched others come & go, but I never got the text telling me that my vehicle was done. I saw Mark come in and out multiple times so I assumed that he would approach me if my vehicle was ready. Finally, after 1 hour 55 minutes, I went across to the service advisors to ask about my vehicle. A kind man (I didn't get his name)made a call only to find out that my paperwork was sitting on Mark's desk & my truck had been completed some time earlier & was parked outside. I never received a text or anything. I was less than pleased, but the kind gentleman that gave me my key apologized & said that he would add a few oil changes to our account. I am not sure if he did that, but he was very apologetic and gave a significant effort in the "service recovery" department. I realize it was an oversight on Mark's part, but the older man directly opposite Mark's desk was very kind.
