Completely satisfied with Randy’s customer service. My last couple visits didn’t go so great, but this visit was totally different. I liked the text updates - I would have liked more, only received one. Other than that, I would definitely come back to work with Randy.

I had an appointment for Friday at 730am, they didn't even look at the vehicle until end of day. Daryl took hours to return my call. Then I was told it would be done on Saturday. After a couple more phone calls, I was told Monday. All for a one hour job. Also, this is the second time this 2016 vehicle has had valve cover issues. It should be covered under your lifetime drivetrain coverage.

Jason Higgins did a great job, I can’t thank him enough. Jason restored my confidence in Haselwood Chev that they would do the right thing for the customer.
