The team worked very hard to troubleshoot and fix an issue with the H3's BCM. After countless replacements of the unit, the factory technical support finally realized the dealer service laptops did not have the necessary Hummer version of the programming software and once that was downloaded and setup, they were able to finally successfully complete the repairs. The previous dealer's service department in Fife at Look-Larson never even got close to fixing this, probably because they too had the wrong version of software. All they did was try to convince me that it was just the fob...
