I had my truck towed in because the transmission went out. There was an error code that lead them to believe I ride the break with my left foot, which I don’t. This last time the cruise control crashed before the positraction and stabilization. I don’t feel that it was really investigated. They started it up and it ran fine. They took it on two test drives and it ran fine. I’m sorry. It’s done this three times at highway speeds and is terrifying when you can’t go over thirty mph. I am worried about driving anywhere. We have a trip planned to Cannon Beach but we have to find alternative transportation because I have no faith in this vehicle now.

I live in Port Angeles and wanted an appointment just to replace a tire that developed a bulge in a front tire. When I got there the service guy said they would have me on the road in no time. After 2 hrs I wentvto check on it and was told that they would be completed by 11:30. He said if I wanted to wait right there it would be minutes and they would have me on the road. I waited then went back to the waiting room. It was another hr and 45 minutes before they come to say it was ready. Then I got out of the area and the low tire light came on saying both front tires were low. Took it back and rhey had me on the road in 30 minutes. Sorry this was way to long just to replace one tire when I had an appointment made to assure this would not happen.

Met with a service manager and he explained my warranty and service contract and may be helping me decide to trade in for something a little better. Your service department was quick and friendly and pretty fast even though my appointment online didn’t make it to their schedule I was in and out within. An hour and 15. Thanks again! I will be referring Hannah Nodsle for her trade in as well as others looking to buy a car.
