Mark Larsen told me to come pick up my vehicle or else he was going to push my car into the middle of the road.None of my issues we're addressed. I have had problems with My 2013 Malibu since I purchased the car in 2015. Safety Recalls being performed without my knowledge. Invoices that don't match with the computers invoices. Clearing B101D-00 Code back in June dismissing the fact that is a recall code that I know was current NOT stored as history like stated. I am very unhappy with the service and interaction with Mark Larsen. For a manager, threatening to damage my vehicle by saying he is going to push my car into the middle of the road was very unprofessional. Spoke with Josh the General Manager on Nov.1st 2018 and he said he would " take care of it, because they don't roll that way?" I am sure nothing will happen and no one is going to be held responsible.

Aaron was awesome so I want to state that upfront. My issue was with the detail department and their ability to somehow get water inside the truck, on the seats, and soaking the floor in the back and slightly in the front. I did not enjoy spending two hours after getting home drying the floors with a blow dryer. Aaron was sincerely apologetic when this was discovered and again did an amazing job. If it was not for him I'm not sure I'd continue to trust.

I was very frustrated by the lack of timeliness in the service of my ford escape yesterday. Our appointment was at 10. My husband dropped our car off at 7 and when he came to pick it up around 3:30 it was still on the lift. There was no phone call regarding the delay and no regard for our time. My husband didn't leave your service center until around 4:30 and even then he had to insist on the keys as the delay went on and I was waiting for him to pick me up in Silverdale. He said the customer service he received was indifferent about the delay and his frustration.

My seat was not right the mirrors all wrong I have a white scuff mark in my driver fender There are boot prints on my passenger side rug Didn’t use fender covers on my car there are hose marks on my car

Aaron always provides excellent service. He treats it only me but all customers, an observation, as if they are family. He makes sure you understand the services that were provided and covers any issues of concern including any preventive maintenance that might be needed in the future. Truly a “Five Star” service representative.
