I asked for my tires to be rotated , when I got home I realized that the tires were not rotated, it makes me wonder if my other services were even done. I don’t think this is Randy’s fault at all because he did not do the work on it . So Iam not happy about the service preformed because who knows if the work even got done? Now I have to take more time off of work to come back in to get the work order complete. Thanks for reaching out to me on my experience Haselwood

Jason was great. He was personable, seemed to be truthful about my vehicle problems and what they may cost to fix. He recommended that I talk to a salesperson about trading my Rainier in when I said that I had owned the vehicle for 2 1/2 years and I wasn't real pleased with it. He walked me to the parts department to make sure that I was able to purchase a second key. Excellent service!

Aaron showed exceptional hospitality skills in handling an incorrect service request. I also noticed that the staff I have spoken with or were contacted by, also were friendly and helpful as you would expect at a four diamond resort. Kudos to Haselwood Chevrolet for have excellent staff.
