Are you kidding me! We found out that Chevrolet is closed on Saturday and is unable to be reached for warranty authorizations. The scheduler should have known this and not scheduled us for a Saturday! We had a wasted trip down to your dealership this Saturday morning!

Too much to explain in one comment box. Simply put, I was pretty satisfied with prior experiences, of which there were many. My last experience left me extremely confused and disappointed and I think something is very much not right about this situation and it has left me with little to no confidence in General Motors and my local dealer.
