**** had to tell me that the $1200 repair had been “up graded” to a $3800 repair! He was professional yet sympathetic, listened to me rate and rave, all while being told it wasn’t his fault. I couldn’t have asked for a more thorough explanation of the situation, true understanding of my dilemma, and genuine concern for my well being! He is a five star gem that Hazelwood should encourage and reward!

Randy did gave an extraordinary service as always he is very polite and loves his job. I am not satisfied with the person who is supposed to install the windshield blades coz it was not installed but was just sitting on the windshield. I didn't checked coz I assumed that it is properly installed, good thing as I was leaving the lot I used it to wipe few drops of water and it flew away. If it happened in a freeway and raining, I would be in trouble and very upset. Next time pls double check coz it could have been worst which we do not want.

Oil change. At 1:30 minutes I looked in shop for truck . It wAs parked out the side unlocked with paperwork on seat. So I went in and said I’d like to leave. She then said it’s still in shop. Long story short, shop and Shannon were not work communicating. I made an appointment. I was on time and I feel an hour and a half is not acceptable. Not impressed.
