I brought my truck in for diagnostic which was done perfectly fine but when I declined to leave my truck for repairs..water pump replacement/leaking coolant. the coolant system was not topped off so I couldn't even make it home to park the truck till I could afford the repairs. Would have been nice to be able to limp my truck home to park it.

David Hogan did me a good job. I am less than satisfied with my car. Hazelwood had it to diagnose a check engine light which turned out to be a problem with the front grill shutter. I picked it up from Hazelwood around noon on Tuesday Jan 15 and I headed out of town for a vacation. About 95 miles down the road the check engine light came on again. Now here I am having to take it into a strange Buick dealer to see what's the matter. I am pretty sure the work Hazelwood Buick did on the front grill shutter is the third time that they have tried to repair it. I have never owned a more trouble prone vehicle than this 2014 Buick LaCrosse.

The main reason for service, oil change and air filter change was fantastic! I am satisfied with most of my service experience. My software update, however, was the part that I'm unhappy with. After the update, my onstar onscreen option is missing and instead I now have a climate control option that my car cannot support. Also now my car can no longer automatically update the time and date. The settings menu is not at all like it was, so I have already called in and scheduled another service appointment to have the update reversed.

Shannon was awesome! I brought the vehicle in for a recall but also had you guys check out a problem with our door lock. She listened without interrupting to my long story about why the door wasnt working and had it taken care of for me. She was very friendly and helpful, even offering to help me come find my cat if I ever needed it. ????She's amazing!
