I've been a Hazelwood customer for over a year. I've also been a Heartland Toyota customer for several years. I think the service members at Hazelwood could be a little more friendlier and customer service oriented when customers arrive for service appointments. It's not a huge deal but I've noticed it every time I've come in. Often I'm waiting around without being helped right away and often don't get called when my car is ready, Sometimes, The service member doesn't review the service sheet after the car has been serviced. Heartland Toyota seems to focus more on those things and friendly service.

1. No one greeted me when I dropped off my Cadi. 2. Day 2, The engine light wasn’t even on, it’s not why it was there, but really strange they diagnosed an engine light when it was my TPMS light that needed a diagnoses. I’m very upset with the experience. I/We won’t be back.

Work and part was installed in a very fast time frame and other work was found and suggested to be done at a later time instead of completing it without my input. Highly recommend to others and am coming back again.

After getting routine maintenance on my car (that was running great) it took about 2 months to fix it after they broke it. They replaced one component that they broke. They replaced a component that was probably not bad and finally replace the broken component that should have been found very early in this process. I am happy my car is fixed and is running great but I was 2 months without my car. I did have another car to use but some other people might not. Chuck Ludwig

Bill & Aaron were Awesome. EXCEPT for my broke key chain tape measure..its ok I have more. anyway they were Great. Not sure but Mutt needs to talk to Jeff when it comes to parts! I came in for an oil change in December & was told I has a leak in my left rear axil seal. Thought Hmm that was fixed in the past but ok. Told It was different & under warrenty & parts would be ordered. Couple weeks went by did not hear from dealership so asked husband to check & set up appointment. Ok appointment set. Go to drop off car & told parts are wrong & need to reorder & reschedule. Ok. LAST TIME(first axil seal replacement) it took over 10 days for the part to come in & the dealership had to provide my loaner car to the tune of $300.. sorry I digressed. I rescheduled to my convenience & was aware the parts could take 7 to 10 days to come in. So I called the day before my appointment to verify parts were in & was told yes they are in.. Dropped off my car & later that day got a call that you had the wrong parts. So ok I have a loaner I am ok. Here is the kicker. I dropped my car off Friday. Saturday got a phone call saying my part was in & would I like to set up an appointment.. (Mutt & Jeff). My car was @ the dealership.. Ok long story but I still am happy with your service department & thankful for warrenty coverage on my 2017 Buick Envision.

I came in to have a filter changed. They did not have the filter on hand even though I had made this appointment a week ago. It was then not communicated to me that it would take longer than the 30minutes I was told when I had scheduled the appointment in the first place. While I’m happy with it being done, it would be nice to have the parts there already and better communication.
