There is no follow up by any of the service agents. I had to have the Epi surface protection applied twice. Service agent David, was very good at pointing out issues with the first application and scheduled a appointment for Epi to be redone. I’m very satisfied with a new application however I have to continue to call to find out when my vehicle is ready for pick up. When I call Lynn to Hazelwood Chevrolet I am placed on hold for several minutes saying I’m the first collar. After 5 to 10 minutes so I finally talk to somebody, give them my information, then I have to repeat giving my information. They leave a message with the service agent and I do not get a return phone call. There is a disconnect between the receptionist , The service agent, and a follow up phone call. I have been to GM twice now and have not had my floor mats installed which have been in the building.

**** took excellent care of us while our car was being service. He's very knowledgeable. He provided excellent customer service. I appreciate how he took the time to explain things to me I was unaware of like the points we had built up in our history. Aaron was not very friendly when I first arrived and seemed very annoyed that I needed a ride on your complimentary shuttle. When booking the appointment the lady told me it would take about an hour or 2 to diagnose and they would let me know what they needed to do - I was ok and willing to wait - he told me that it would take 24 hours or more to diagnose and I would be without a vehicle and I would have to arrange a ride back to the dealership. I then asked him about the shuttle and again he seemed annoyed. Then he told me to go waiting room and the shuttle driver would contact me when he was available to drive me back to the Navy base. Usually they walk you over and make sure you are taken care of, but not today and being the only person checking in at the time seemed very off from your usual service. After arriving at my destination he then called me about 45 min later to come back and pick up my car because they had to order parts that would take 4 to 5 days to arrive. So after almost 1.5 hours my car was ready like the appointment lady said it would be - back to waiting for the shuttle to get my car, and back to the dealership to be treated like crap by Aaron. Then after picking up my car I find a dent that wasn’t there when I dropped it off and not noticed or written down on the vehicle inspection sheet when I arrived - of course it was made out to be my fault - when I take good care of my vehicles and let park in areas or around things that would damage them. When purchasing a car from you and it has a manufacturing problem like water leaking into the truck I would expect to be treated a little better than I was. You all should be ashamed of this type of service. I have been coming to this dealership since 2008 and haven’t ever been treated like this. Hopefully you can correct the way you are now treating your customers before you start loosing us. I would appreciate it if I no longer had to deal with Aaron in the future.
