I'm perplexed. I received a text with a link to pay a ~$2250 bill because the work is done but I've never seen a detailed invoice stating exactly what work was done. I would expect a chance to review and understand. Doesn't that seem reasonable. I buried my mother today in Kansas and will be back in Bremerton on Sunday. Please forward an invoice or I'll deal with it on Monday. I'm not challenging what you've done, just used to getting an invoice before being asked to pay such an amount. Jeff L

Yes the service is always good but your dealerships inability to get the vehicles washed and vacuumed is frustrating! It was sold as part of the extended service package we purchased! The coupons for a free wash requires more of my time to accomplished! You have the vehicle all day you should be able figure out how to get it cleaned!!

Brandon did a great job of keeping me informed on the status of the my car while under your care. He called me when my car is ready for pick up and coz I needed a ride, he arranged it and even called me again for the wait time. We have been a patron for years and he is the first and only guy that takes the ring (the thing that you guys attached to the car keys) off my car keys which I appreciate and he walked me all the way to my car which was not done for a long time when I pick up my car. Excellent service Brandon! Keep it up! ????
