A couple of comments: The report card of my inspection was not reviewed with me completely- only the list of additional things that are needed to have done on my 2001 Tahoe. When we took our vehicles to the KIA service department, they were vacuumed cleaner than when we came in. I was surprised that that extra service was not done today.

Brandon Stahowiak was just outstanding! He not only handled the service professionally and courteously but also took the time to explain oil type differences to me to help with my selection. I love my truck and I am very selective about who handles my service. I live in Sequim and there us a much closer dealership to me. BUT it's people like Brandon that will keep me driving to Bremerton to have my service done, and to buy future vehicles.

Too far to travel. Too much to pay for oil change and @BS diagnostic, which i did from home. Could have comped me on the rental. No motivation to use Hazelwood again, sorry.

Brian was great. Informed me of the work to be done during the service and time it would take to complete. Very polite and friendly. At end of appointment reviewed the service check report and gave me information about service I should consider the next time I bring the car in. Get him some business cards!

Brandon was a pleasure to work with. He answered my questions, explaining things well. He kept me updated on the status of service. My canopy brake light was out, which is something needing referral to an outside source. He referred me and gave printed directions to the canopy dealer nearby. A great experience overall.

Yesterday (2/22/19) I came into service right after it opened, without an appointment, because my vehicle had sent two "check 4 WD" messages, including one that triggered an OnStar email. Aaron made special efforts to work my truck into the system for an inspection, which later in the day was completed without finding any trouble. He was kind, professional, and relaxed. Everything unfolded along the timelines Aaron outlined, and he offered contingency plans (including a car rental paid at my expense) to allow for surprises. He was alone at work in the service dept, long after an 8-hour shift would have ended, when I collected my truck early Friday evening. Aaron is a model for anyone working in a service position, and I was grateful for all his help, which included correction of critical informational errors conveyed to me by the GMC dealer who sold me the truck. These involved use of the 4-Wheel drive auto setting, saving potential pre-mature wear and tear on the drive system. Thank you, Aaron!

Completely satisfied with Aaron . But extremely frustrated with GMC not backing there warranty , when it is a Gm malfunction. It was only two months expired and the vehicle only has 14,000 miles on it
