Your company had the worst customer service I have ever seen. I was told the car would be ready on Friday. I called on Saturday. The service advIsor wasn’t available. I was told someone would get back to me. No call. I called Monday morning. Service advisor wasn’t available. Was told someone would call me back. No call. I called Monday afternoon. No service advisor and still no word on my car. Was told someone would get back to be by ending the day. No call. Called again Tuesday afternoon and finally was told my car was ready. I most definitely will never use your company again!!!!
