Overall nice job. They were able to get the vehicle in a day ahead of schedule and the service manager was very friendly. Areas of improvement are as follows. The oil change reset was not complete so the oil change required message came in as soon as I started the vehicle. A better job could have been done explaining the notes and underlines from the mechanics.

I'm never happy to pay close to $1,000 for service/repair, but I have an older car, so... Haselwood is always reliable and trustworthy. I also really appreciate the extra level of customer service and care you provide. David impressed me as informed and interested in customers. He seems like a perfect fit for Haselwood Chevy/Buick/GMC!
