I like ****’s enthusiasm and seems to be a hard worker. However, the feedback from the technicians leave a lot to be desired. When Jesse was there, I never felt like I left with more questions or like I did something stupid. I arrived with two issues and neither seemed to be completed and I paid money for nothing it seems. Again, nothing against ****, but the technicians I feel didnt do the complete service and I am extremely unsatisfied. I use to feel like a valued customer and have loyally brought my vehicle ONLY there as anyone can see with my vehicle history. I am looking for service elsewhere and will ensure my employees and friends know as well about my experience.

Still wasn’t quite sure of the diagnosis… And Bill arranged for the tech to go on a drive with me so I could point out what it was doing and he explained to me what was going on… Especially with the new more computerized trucks. Thanks and well done to all

I can’t I was treated with respect and caring about my vehicle to be sure that it was properly operated on and they kept in constant contact to let me know what was going on even though we had a snowstorm I couldn’t get in they kept my vehicle safe I had a problem with my vehicle they got me right back in and fix it right there on the spot so thanks again you are going to be another good customer for me

Good bunch of guys. Nothing is ever perfect, but were all family. The youn guy serv. rep. that helped me did pretty good under pressure. He had about 5 things goin on at once, and he kept his composure and forged on to the best of his ability. Any way around self employment hurdles for qualifying? Gosh i bought 4 or 5 chevys from you guys....never missed a payment. I like the black silverado custom 4x4 z71 sitting at the end of the row. Trade my 2017 in and take That one.
