I would never take my car anywhere else to be looked at or fixed. My experience with the service department has always been 100% satisfactory. Brian is amazing. He’s always made me feel like he is genuinely concerned and wants to help. Aaron is also wonderful, goes above and beyond always. My experience was with Bill this time and I wasn’t disappointed. Top notch customer service. I can’t say enough. Love those guys at Haselwood.

Bill was great. I appreciated his patience in discussing with me the needed repairs on my vehicle. Last summer I had a terrible experience with the buick service department in Lynnwood. The service person attempted to pressure me into just purchasing a new vehicle and I felt appalled and disrespected so I left. I was hesitant to even bring my car into to Hazelwood for the fear of trying to be sold another vehicle. Bill never did such thing and made my experience a pleasant one. He was patient with everything. I have a extended warranty. He called to verify. He was transferred over and over again. Then given a new number. He was not frustrated, he was amazing, polite a great experience with al he was dealing with

Drop my car off on time they did not get it to the auto glass shop I forgot about it got off work showed up 20 minutes before they could tell me where my car was that and the person next to Bill decided to help I asked him to call to get me a ride home he might as well use the megaphone to tell everyone my address and my phone number that were in the office area very unprofessional once they figured out my car wasn’t done yet from the auto glass they told me they would call me and let me know when it was done I went home they called me later I came down to pick it up then he couldn’t find the paperwork for the company that was going to pay for it and he told me last time I was in there and he would get it in the computer it should never happen again so I had to bring down my own copy to show him so that he can finish the paperwork and I can get out of there they did fill the tires as I asked they didn’t plug it in when I had the same amount on it when I got in it I asked to see the service manager before my ride was supposed to get there he never showed up my ride showed up so I left I asked to see the regular manager of the store is nowhere to be found I have had the worst service ever from Chevrolet I cannot believe after the dog and pony show that you guys put on there When I first bought my vehicle on how you guys pride yourself and that how many parts you have on hand and yet my vehicle has been in there so many times to have things fixed and it’s been over 30 days in the shop there and now I try to trade it in and you don’t give me nothing for a trade-in I even try to traded in on a lesser year and you wouldn’t do it I have nothing to say but bad about Chevy

I have a 2002 Buick Century. I have only a few things go wrong in 16 years. Its a great car and I thank Brian Adams for keeping that way.
