There had been a vague scheduling issue, no fault of his, but he managed to make all things happen while I was there in the afternoon and to clearly and thoroughly review everything with me. Issues were found during an expected routine visit. Brian explained the situation and required an extra day. Brian offered to make a vehicle available so I wasn't impacted. I declined. My vehicle was ready the next day when promised.
