Brian was attentive informed and exceptionally committed. His customer service skills should be recognized as superior. My wait time was as he predicted. I did observe him taking care of an elderly gentleman whose vehicle was going to require more time for work. He offered to take him home if he wanted and made sure he was comfortable. His genuine kindness was clearly obvious. Great service rep!!!!

Service was great. Bill was polite and helpful. **** is helpful and funny. There’s a good team at Haselwood. I just recommend that if you buy packages or warrenties at Haselwood that they are automatically in your profile so you don’t have to bring in the paperwork. But other than that, everything else was great.

Felt like an inconvenience because my car didn't act up in the 18mile diagnostic drive. Was told he didn't have time to check it every hour for the problem. Had to pay 35 dollars for a rental that was a wreck inside, was rushed to bring it back.
