Aaron’s professionalisms and customers service was outstanding. I will continue to ask for him every time I return for servicing my truck. However, the problem regarding my truck repetitive issues with the stablitrack error and steering capabilities remains a major concern for driving safety. I hope that Chevy continues to research for a possible solution(s) before there is an unrecoverable incident. Sincerely, Randy M

I was looking over the multipoint inspection sheet and noticed the technician had written tire pressures were at 35 psi however my dash information display stated the rears were at 56 psi and the fronts were at 45 psi, which I set for towing this previous weekend. I feel that if I can’t trust the dealership with such a simple task how can I trust them to perform work on a vehicle that costs me a significant amount of money. I was hoping to make Haselwood GMC my service center but am now highly reconsidering that.

Prices are pretty steep but thats business i guess. I really liked brandon. Great guy...very kind...relatable and easy to talk too. I have nothing bad to say at all...give him a raise

I have always had great service with my Kia. This time I think the ball was dropped. I bought my Chevy through a Chevy dealer and got a extended warranty, I had a appointment and truck arrived Friday. I Recieved a call and let him know warranty papers on passenger seat. The truck was not fixed Friday so instead of preapproved warranty the truck was fixed Saturday when warranty place was closed. I could not get all the repairs done due to the cost. I was up in the mountains with no transportation and spotty cell reception and had to scramble to get the money for limited fix. I would of just waited until Monday but had my rv with me and could not leave it.
