Brandon is a huge asset to gmc! He kept us informed daily on the status of our vehicle after the **** suddenly went out. Thank you to the whole service dept for giving outstanding service and getting us our car back in record time!

I am satisfied with everyone’s effort to restore my car (the infotainment center) to normal functioning; however it was not totally successful. Parts of the screen are still not accessible to touch and the steering wheel voice recognition does not always work. I applaud **** Drathman, the service technicians and the shuttle drivers.
