**** did well. There were issues with the system.....I scheduled online and had a confirmation email, yet was not on the schedule when I arrived, making the experience a bit more drawn out than it should have been. **** took all my info, and made the service happen, so good on him. I would also recommend revisiting pricing. At $600 bucks for three hours of work, and mimimal parts, I'll likely not utilize your facility again...there are simply too many options at much more consumer friendly rates for basic checks and services.

I will NEVER return to have a vehicle serviced at the Chevy Buick GMC department. I brought my vehicle in to get it diagnosed and, luckily, started looking at other vehicles at Kia. The service department called me and told my friend, who had my phone, what was going to supposedly fixed my vehicle. When my salesperson at Kia heard, they had us tell Service not to do ANYTHING. I was going to trade my vehicle in but, after signing some paperwork, Kia went to pick up my vehicle and it was now SMOKING.
