Service department and Brain service rep was amazing. The sales people on the other haND were not. Spent 2 days working with sales and it was worthless. They did not listen to my requests! Super disappointed!

**** had everything ready to go when I got there I was in and out in five minutes I did have an experience when I was at a red light that my dash showing the touch screen It shut completely off and then turn back on like the car was shut off and restarted I’ve never seen this happen in my car I hope this is not a result of them doing the upgrade I will keep an ion it while I drive it now it has me worried

I believe you performed work that was not needed and then the issue was not corrected. A $753 charge and then the problem is not corrected but a new battery was somehow missed. Cal Larson
