The service was done very quickly. Randy was very helpful and friendly. Since this was my first visit for service, Randy made sure I knew about the lounge, refreshments and restrooms. And Randy was able to get the answer on how the lift gate works with foot motion. Overall a very pleasant experience. Thank you Randy and Haselwood.
