Among the items for which I was billed was that the oil and filter were changed and the maintenance reminder was reset. Certainly the maintenance reminder was not reset and it leads me to wonder whether any of the other items were actually completed.

**** always does an exceptional job in helping us out with our vehicle. This is probably our fourth or fifth time and he always goes above and beyond. As a mom, with four kids, it is amazing to know that we will get great customer service and honest help. **** was great about giving us all of our options and its refreshing to see such great customer service.

Thank you for the military discount. Also, I think it was a little odd that the original price quoted was different than the deal that you have going on which is on your website and also on the tv screen in the shop. When I ask what it costs, instead of “eightysomething”, perhaps I could get the exact amount. Tires were not rotated because the mechanics made a decision that the tread was better in the back. Or was it because rotating the tires on an Astro van is a lot of work and they wanted me to buy new tires? Perhaps next time they could just come and tell me that in the waiting room so I can make that decision about modifying the service. Also, since they didn’t rotate the tires, and charged me the same price, I wonder if the brakes were checked? How do you check the brakes if you don’t take off the tires? Thank you.
