I have been getting my Suburban serviced exclusively at your establishment, since I purchased it from you several years back. While most of this experiences have been positive, my experience with Bill Baker has been the best by far. Bill went above and beyond to make sure I understood what was going on with the vehicle; he took a comprehensive look back with me over all the service that had already been completed in the past to assure me we were not repeating work, and he made sure I was able to take a master mechanic out in a ride to share the noises I was hearing with him (Steve I believe was the fentleman’s Name, and he was exemplary as well!). Bill is a valuable asset to your operation, and he has cemented my faith in your service department.

My main dissatisfaction was literally not being able to get ahold of ANY service rep for over 4 hours. I made multiple attempts over several hours to for an update on my truck that supposed to be ready that day. Once I finally was able to talk to somebody, i found out ****, my service rep, was out sick. Nobody knew what was going on with my truck. Randy helped me out greatly, did some digging found out my truck was not ready.

My check engine light repeatedly comes on for an hour or two, and then goes out. I have called several times today requesting another appt on Friday or Monday. I have already paid for a new O2 sensor, but the problem remains.

Aaron and the service today was excellent. When I brought the vehicle in yesterday morning, I didn't work with Aaron, it was someone else and the experience was not the best. They were very busy and that may have been part of the problem.

I asked them to service my truck while they were fixing my battery issue, not done. Plus my clock does not work anymore since they replaced battery.
