I love Haselwood GMC...I've purchased my last 4 cars from you. I'm disappointed today though to learn that the 2011 Jeep Wrangler I just purchased from you in December has numerous oil leaks, shavings in the rear diff, a leaky axle seal, and the rear rotors are at 6mm and 5mm. This is kind of shocking to me on the vehicles very first oil change / maintenance visit considering all the care and pride you all do in everything else! I am absolutely pleased with Randy S. He dropped in some dye and wants to check it in a few weeks...and he was completely professional and thorough during our visit.

A couple months ago I worked with Aaron in a car service and he recommended I schedule a follow up before my warranty expired. I followed his advice and it worked out for the best because I had a cracked part that needed to be ordered and repaired. Randy set me up with a rental and kept me updated on the status of the ordered part delivery and repair the whole way. It was peace of mind to have a rental car and be able to come swap at the cars at my earliest convenience. Thank you Haselwood team!

This was my second car I had detailed at Haselwood. The first time I paid $250 to get my car detailed. So I was expecting to pay the same for my second car. When I dropped my second car off, I was told they would contact the detailing department and apply my military discount to my order. That did not happen and when I picked my car they told me it was $216. I felted cheated because the discount was not applied and they informed me it was nothing they could do.

I had my transmission fluid changed in my 2013 Chevy Cruze on Saturday June 8th and I am now unable to drive the car. I am not sure what to do at this point as I paid to get it serviced and I am now unable to drive it.
