Although Bill was my initial contact for this service, Aaron Taylor closed out the service in an outstanding manner. Aaron insured my military discount was applied and personally escorted me to the parts department where he introduced me to Paul who expertly answered an accessory question for me. Great job by a great Team!

Nice waiting area with great snacks! My service advisor was excellent (Aaron I think?). I was a day early for my service, my bad, but he worked me in with no delay. Case filled perfectly top top of dipstick too.

Well I knew what was wrong with my Cadillac when I came in and they still wanted to charge me 285 to check out what I already knew and guess what I was right. Then the estimate had them triple the cost of the parts and 410 for labor on a job that would take maybe two hours. That seems a bit outrageous

Took 8 hours to do an oil change and check two problems on the truck. Very overpriced for the little amount of work that was done to the truck.
