We dropped our truck off at 1100. We had called at 1030 to tell them we were running late for our 1045 appt. We were told it would be about an hour to an hour and 15 minutes. We walked around the lot and then sat in the customer waiting area. At 1245 we went to check on our truck to find out it had been done awhile. **** got the message we were late and thought we were late coming to pick it up. We never received a call and multiple people walked past us while we sat there.
