Seemed like an excessive wait time for oil change and And o2 sensor diagnostic check. 2+HRs Receipt stated that multipoint inspection was done However we were not given a copy!

Aaron kept informed on the repair progress. In the past other dealerships did not, I always had to call to find out about the progress or find out if the car was complete.

The service writer did a good job. However the part that was installed by. The technician was broken. If you are going to use a used part for a repair then you should inspect it and make sure it is in good condition inside and out. In this case a mount was broken off and missing and the internal surfaces were not suitable for re-use. I have spoken to the service manager and left a letter for the general manager. Other than this survey request I have not been contacted since my visit to the dealership. As of this time, I have no confidence that the repairs to my vehicles will be performed correctly at this dealership.

Very good job. Satisfied with my truck service this morning. Good bunch of guys. My only complaint is that i dont have enough money to get that ZL1 Camaro.....dang! Im working on it.
