The rep that met me was great. He was polite, checked me in quickly, and the oil change was done in under and hours. What bothered was your waiting/show room. It 5 past 8am and your coffee was cold, not the end of the world but why offer coffee if your not going to make an effort. Also I was offed donuts, of which there was none. I didn’t want a donut but why offer them if there are none? Why is the music in your waiting room so loud? I’ll be honest I put in earbuds and tried to drowned out your music but couldn’t. Your not running a bar your a car dealer, why is there music at all? Maybe I had my expectations set too high when I came in? I had planned to come in early to have the oils change done, get caught up on a couple of emails and then maybe grab a sales guy and take one of the new GMC sierras and maybe a Yukon for a test drive. As it turned out I had to walk across the street to the gas station to get a hot cup of coffee, couldn’t hear myself think so gave up on getting my emails done, and was so frustrated there was no way I was going to look at a new vehicle. Honesty I won’t be back, I’ll just do my vehicle service and purchasing at another dealership. Hey my oil change was covered GM as part of my lease so no worries, just write me off as a picky person and delete this email.

Due to design flaw it seems that 2 plastic vent covers in the back row floor can't be reinstalled without removing the back seat and pulling back the carpet. I am upset that it would cost $100+ to snap vent covers back into place. If I wanted to pay that much for a repair I would have bought a Volvo. I just spent $900+ in services I would hope GM would waive fees to reinstall vent covers that should have been designed to simply snap back into place.

Absolutely amazing service! All of the team members consistently checked to make sure that we were being serviced, and Randy was great to work with! I had recently purchased a vehicle from Haselwood and had an issue with that and Randy was immediately able to diagnose the problem and provided the service repair free of charge. I am more than satisfied with my experience at Haselwood and will continue to do business with them!

I came there to have my sunroof fixed today. I paid and now that I’m home, it isn’t working. It’s in an open position and there are very dark clouds above my home right now! I’m pretty nervous!! I’ll be back in the morning to have it fixed again. Hope it works this time! I also hope I won’t be charged this time. Angie B
