I have needed to bring my vehicle back multiple times since having my transmission replaced with a new (remanufactured) one. Shifting from gear to gear intermittently has been a little on the rough side. Mechanics could never find anything wrong. And then just a few days ago my "check oil level" light came on just over 2000 miles after having my oil change done. Needless to say I had to bring it in again and have a little more work done. Throughout all this, this is been that frustrating for me because of the great expense as well as time and gas wasted going back and forth to the service department. Randy has remained come and understanding during this whole experience. I have been made to feel that he does care and truly does understand my situation and has tried to do all he can to help. In summary, I have full confidence in those working at the service desks but have serious doubts of the mechanics working on my vehicle. I would hope that it's not that they don't know what they're doing, I just get the impression that maybe they're not being thorough or following through with their work.

It got done very quickly. He was also understanding of my not being able to do my 60000 mile service now. He explained to me the importance of it and then didn't pressure me after that. I appreciated that as I felt bad enough that I couldn't do it now. He didnt try to make me feel wotse.

When we called to set up the appointment they kept pressuring with getting other Services when all we wanted was an oil change. The lady kept pressuring my wife over and over saying that at this mileage you need to get all this stuff done and my wife kept saying no all we are doing is oil change. When we came to do our oil change we said we did not want the tires rotated and they rotated them anyways we just had a new tire put on the vehicle and we wanted that to stay on the rear. But now they have rotated the tires and mix them up putting the new tire back on the front where it would cause a poll in One Direction with the steering wheel. Overall I wish they would just listen to customers.This is not the only time something like this has happened. Last time they were really sloppy with the oil change and left oil on top of the engine where the oil filter is causing it to smell like burning oil while driving. They also continually leave oil smudges all over our windshield when they put the oil sticker on and sometimes they even forget the oil sticker. So no we are not completely satisfied and we've had problems before in the past.

It was brought to my attention that I was in need of a 30,000 mile service and then given to opportunity to apply for Haselwood Credit to cover the additional cost... that's what I call..Great Looking Out Aaron Taylor 5* in my book!
