With the numerous times I have had to have my 2018 Impala in to investigate multiple issues that were FINALLY resolved with repair after many visits , I would have to say that I observed, from my own experience, as well as listening in on the other customers receiving their cars back, that the phrase “we weren’t able to duplicate the issue” is thrown around every time. I understand business, and I understand the pay structure for mechanics limits their allotted time to spend on a vehicle. I have personally learned to respond to “we couldn’t duplicate” with, “give me a technician and I will duplicate it”. Every time that I have, I have been able to duplicate. I also have had a couple of experiences where I had a list of several things, on a 2018 I bought from you in October (I know right?), and when they didn’t mention on of the items I dropped it off for, I asked them “what about...”. They always pause, look at the paperwork void of evaluation, and tell me they couldn’t duplicate. I understand that the way warranty pays service isn’t ideal. You should stand behind the product you sell though and take the hit paying your mechanics to actually figure things out. It seems like the whole MO of the service department is to brush people off , hoping they give up trying to get problems repaired. I totally get that the time/pay ratio makes more money for the service department with appointment volume. I just wish there was a little more care about the customer’s issues with their cars.

Can we please have some information with regards to touch up paint? Specifically how to apply it and what the cost would be? We absolutely LOVE our Cajun Red traverse. Unfortunately, it appears there were a few things that kicked up from the road or by other means and we've discovered 3 very minute knicks. Would love to find a way to preserve this beautiful color.
