I took my car in because it was overheating - Did not see any water left in our driveway and yet they fix a bunch of things and we got the car back. My first thought was the pump was not working or freezing every once in awhile. And another man who was a mechanic but retired also said he thought it wounded like the pump. I paid over 4000 for the work done on the car which included the brakes and a wiring problem and we picked the car up. It was the second day after we picked the car up that it again overheated. Brought it in again - this time they said it was the pump and made an excuse that they had tested it and the seal work ok so they had not changed the pump. Nor does the retired mechanic. they charged me over 2000 dollars this time - this is very unsat and I do not think I should have paid for labor the second time I brought it in. It would not have cost that much if they had done their work correctly in the first place

A bolt on my wheel was stripped out I came in for service 8/3 came back on 8/4 because something fell off my wheel to be givin the run around by Ed I was assured that I would receive a call by that Monday 8/5 nothing all week came in today 8/10 to be told that if their fix did not hold I will have to buy new wheels I'm not very happy about that so maybe someone would find the time to give me a call ****-****-xxxx

I liked melissa but the guy working with her his attitude changed as soon as i mention Protective, i say thank you he walks off with an attitude, i do not appreciate this, i paid extra to have Protective coverage i dont need attitude if I am asking if protective will cover it, not happy with my experience, will not recommend

I called Friday afternoon, Aug 2. I was left on hold for several minutes, then was required to leave a message. No one ever returned my call, so Monday afternoon I scheduled online. Using that scheduler, I marked that we needed the airbag recall work done. We got confirmation and reminders, but when we took the car over at the appointed time, you guys couldn’t do the work, because of needing to order parts. Someone should’ve caught that by looking at the appointments scheduled and let us know before we arranged our schedules and brought the car in. So we had to wait 2 days and rearrange our schedules again to set up rides and things. Now that the work is done, we have a sheet that shows the car has been checked over. But it is lacking explanations in areas marked in the yellow or red as to the specific issue. For example, the lights are marked in the red. Are there lights out? Which one or ones? Are fuses blown? Is there another issue with the lights? We don’t know from just a check mark. Engine oil and/or fluid leaks are marked in red. Fluid levels are marked in low yellow. In neither case is there a circle on which is the problem or any detail. This sheet was just handed to my husband when he picked up the car. When I pick up my Fit at West Hills Honda, Brett goes through it for me, line by line, for anything not marked in green. This wasn’t done. My husband did get some information in a phone call, but there should’ve been specific me in writing so we could follow up.
