Thought I took it to the dealer who should know how to get the aftermarket stuff back to stock... a little disappointed to be told that the aftermarket remote start was what was causing the issue with key fobs... I told you guys that when I dropped it off, and also said I put my trust in you to fix it. Then paid diagnostic to be told “ the aftermarket remote start is the issue you need to take it somewhere else to get it back to stock before we can help you”, so why did you spend diagnosis time and my money to not fix it? You could have told me I needed to get the aftermarket stuff off it before you could fix rather then take my money? Just saying...

It’s highway robbery 700 bucks to fix a sensor that takes five minutes to change out. you lost mine and my families Future business.

Brian, thanks for your professionalism, you went the extra mile. You realized I was uncomfortable getting up to the car rental/digi shield place and had the young man drive me. I was so relieved. Again picking my Beautiful Truck up you showed me how to use the tri-fold canopy and instructions on the tinting/3m/perma stuff. Brian explained the process of investigation fully and called when there was a recommendation. The work done was explained and a discount applied which helped me out. Brian was due to leave work when I arrived to pick up the vehicle, but stayed an extra few minutes to complete the transaction.
