Was there at service desk waiting for a answer and the service crew left at 4:30 making wait another day for my vehicle and not getting it done till after 1 pm today and making me pay 38 dollars for a rental car when I could of had my car back the night before. I felt I was being used by the Chevy service crew to make money off of me by quoting the wrong price last night and a new price today. I checked the price of the gym parts and it was 53 dollars per sensor and your mark up was almost double the price of the part. And going to charge a full house hour of service for a 20 minute fix. And I had to make the first call to your service department today at 11:43 today when the problem was know last night. I would love to vent to someone in charge higher than the service managers about my services. Rob shauger ****-****-xxxx

All the people who assisted in helping my husband and I out on our vehicle at hazlewood Chevrolet, were just wonderful and very understanding of our situation. I want to personally thank and point out that Brian Bonsell went above and beyond that expectation and am still in disbelief of how much he truly cares about helping people like me have a safe and reliable vehicle.we truly appreciate all that you did to help us.
