Brian always provides me with outstanding service. He explains everything about my car and gives me a heads up on what’s ahead in the maintenance of the car . I appreciate knowing so I’m prepared to get the things taken care of to keep it in great running order.
Melissa did a great job as the service representative today. She kept me informed and was my spokesman for trying to get some issues taken care of with my truck. And I’m really disappointed in is the protection plan that we bought. Seems like we were sold a bill of goods and we are under the impression that scratches could be taken care of under the protection plan. Melissa found out for us that The coverage only covers dents and dings, but does not cover paint if there was a during a ding or dent. We are very disappointed in this coverage and feel that when we signed the protection plan we were told that scratches would also be covered as well. We paid a lot of extra money for what we feel is limited coverage. I got an estimate on what it’s gonna cost me to get the scratches And chip repaired and the estimate was $750.

When I arrived to get my vehicle there was only one person working at the desk and a line of 3 other people waiting. I had one more oil change in my package to use but I had to bring it to his attention that he didn’t see that on my bill. He was frustrated that I wanted it applied and told me “just go, I will handle it on my end”. I then asked him where my car was and he told me “out the door and to the left”. It wasn’t. I was roaming around and found it buried behind 2 other vehicles. I had to ask a lot attendant to move the vehicles so I could get mine out. This had me waiting an additional 10 min in my car. When I got home I noticed on the check list that my cars battery terminal had an issue that said “immediate attention”. This was never discussed with me at checkout. Timely oil change but the customer service aspect was not what I usually receive.
Brought in my ZL1 1LE Camaro to replace a rear tire with 1700 miles on it. He couldn't find the tire in the system. Then promised it would be there on one day, then on another. Then promised a third date and ended up ordering the wrong tire and tried to sell me 2. At that point all trust was lost so I decided to have the car towed back to my house and order from a nearby Goodyear tire store. Not sure it's totally the service managers fault as there were probably many many failures within the entire process. Not a great experience to have with my first GM car. Very dissapionting.
You need to have more customer service reps. Like Brian Adams, he is the best. Give him a raise to keep him.

I was excited to see that I can give feedback on Brian Bonsell. I had a few problems with my Tahoe and each time I brought it back in to be serviced Brian was helpful and really supportive. I’m sure there were times I was a little “edgy” but Brian kept his professionalism as a service provider and I appreciate it. Please let him know I said thank you and I hope he continues giving the same kind of attention and support to others that need people like him to know that they are important customers and they’re concerns matter.
