I have brought my suburban there twice for the same concerns, it wasn’t fixed right the first time, and at this appointment was told the tech can’t duplicate the concern I brought it in for. I had searched the web to find out what the problem could be I found a most probable diagnosis for my concerns just to be blown off by the service advisor

COMPLETELY Satisfied with the Haselwood Team. The Service Department is A+++. NOT happy with Chevrolet. We have a 2016 Suburban - our 6th Suburban since 1998; faithful Chevy owners. Discovered in June, 2019 the air conditioning was not working. The vehicle at that time just turned 19,000 miles and was out of the 36th month warranty at the end of Mar 2019. The dealership was outstanding as always, Haselwood in Bremerton, WA. and mitigated the repair bill to less than $500.00 so VERY satisfied with their efforts. Not satisfied with paying for the repairs given the date the warranty expired. Didn't think about turning the AC on in the winter, before the warranty expired....wasn't hot enough until the end of June The part was ordered in July took nearly a month before it arrived. Had to adjust travel plans - didn't think it would take almost a month to receive the parts and get the repair done. Never had a AC problem with any of our other Suburbans - timing of warranty expiration, failure of a part that had not failed in our past experience, and waiting on the part are all concerns. My issue isn't with the Dealership - lived all over the US and experienced lots of Chevy Dealerships and Haselwood is the BEST!!!
