While I appreciate Kelsie’s friendly demeanor, I don’t appreciate being charged a “restocking” fee for a fog light that she told me was $50 but then charged me $100 with no explanation. After leaving, I saw she charged twice what she quoted for the fog light. When questioned, she told me if I could find the part for less, she would remove the charge. I did provide her with proof. Charging me a restocking fee was absolutely a slap in the face.
