Round two with west hills ford. Brought my truck in for recalls and to fix my seat heat. Apparently communication was not good enough and they looked at drivers side air. Found an intermittent part got the wrong part. Truck stayed for nearly a week and the seat heat was never looked at. Bad taste in my mouth from the first two visits I had. The last one will be the last especially talking to a coworker who had similar experiences

Overall the ford dealership is a disappointment to me. But Sarah Richardson is so amazing to work with that I can put up with a lot. Sarah is excellent at doing her job!

Chris was exceptional. He showed great professionalism, knowledge and caring. We've had many problems in the past but this visit resulted in no damage to our vehicle. All our maintenance is done and we'll bring her back later for the warranty leather repair. Allowing more flexibility to your staff for pricing considerations would show faith and confidence in their abilities. Chris single handedly restored my faith in West Hills Ford's repair ability. Give that man a raise!

The service people were nice. I was satisfied with them. However, when I was driving home my car did not seem to drive as well as it had before the service. I left a voice message with Cameron but did not hear back yet. I will try driving some more to see if my car improves, but I may need to bring it back for more service.
