Brought my car in for service and somehow they managed to get a screw in one of my tires. My tire did not have a nail in it when dropped off. Service manager made excuses and said it had been in my tire which is bull. Parking lots near the service area have screws/bolts etc and they drove my car into the shop themselves. Worst service I have ever received. I shouldn’t have had to pay to replace my tire when my car was perfectly fine when I parked it. I check my tires every morning as a safety precaution for my kids. The fact that they tried to say it had been in my tire is a load of crap. I will not be bringing my car back to Ford or any service dept here at west hills. Also, I was told I had a free oil change by Kelsi and then she says whoops my bad, you still have to pay for it. This place is so unprofessional and the service was thee worst I have ever had and I will not be recommending to anyone. Placing blame on a customer for a screw in her tire when your parking lots have screws/bolts and nails around the service area. CLEAN UP YOUR SERVICE AREA! Unbelievable!

There was severe lack of communication in the status of the maintenance done to the truck, which resulted in items not getting completed as expected. This will require another visit to get the truck maintenance completed.

Very hard to get in touch with anyone for status about when my vehicle would be ready. Also, after I left, the check engine light came on as well as the engine started making a sound , and I am worried the mechanic may have broken something because it was not an issue when I brought my truck in.
Marcus was very helpful, however labor charge for 2.4 estimated hours of work was $500. I did the same work myself at my house for free. If I ran into a problem I couldn't fix myself,I would definitely consider another visit to WHFM.

From the moment my truck arrived at West Hills ford Chelsea did a great job keeping me informed on what needed to be done and when it would be done. She easily answered all my questions and concerns was very knowledgeable about explaining what all the items were that needed to be addressed. As long as she is working at west hills it will be the shop I trust to work on my truck going forward!

My wife was there for over five hours for an oil change when she went back to look to see the status nobody was in the service lane also we now need to reschedule another appointment and lose another day to have the vehicle checked for a leak that was discovered not very happy with your service today
