Service advisor was unaware that my repair was covered under warranty until I informed the advisor. When i challenged this person, blame was lain at the feet of the "warranty person".Strange...show know this. Does this happen often? How many cutomers have paid money for repairs that were covered under warranty?

Initial report showed that brake lines and other items should be repaired along with my requested service. I had just had the brakes done there recently. Then I was told that it was brake fluid and they checked the wrong box. Wouldn’t brake fluid have been checked when my brakes were done. I had also changed the air filter recently and was told it needed it as well. There were other items on the list, however I was not confident in the inspection results due to my statements above. Please ensure you are not pushing unnecessary maintenance on my vehicles if you want my continued patronage.
