Twice now I have come in to have my Perma Plate reapplied and when I get home my car is dirty. I am not sure how they are applying the product to a dirty car?

Pam was great. I brought a concern to her attention and she made sure it was addressed. However my concern is with the business processes of West Hills Ford Mazda. The dealership should be more upfront that their suggested maintenance is not the suggested maintenance of the Ford motor company. This lack of communication gives the appearance that West Hills Ford Mazda is being deceitful to its customers.
